Terms and Conditions of bookings at Carlton Terrace and Belford Road Apartments.

Reservations

Reservations can be made through our website or by calling 0131 558 8812. A 15% deposit is required at the time of making a reservation; this initial payment will be credited towards your accommodation total. The outstanding balance is due on arrival. There is a minimum stay of 2 nights.
Special Events e.g. Rugby Internationals, August Festival and Hogmanay require full prepayment at a specified date prior to arrival. Following this date any cancellations are non refundable. Failure to provide full pre payment will result in your booking being released.
In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary to cancel your booking. In this event, we shall make all reasonable efforts to offer a suitable alternative. In the event of out booking your reservation to an alternative accommodation provider, any additional costs involved in the relocation will not be settled by the Cameron Properties Edinburgh Ltd and will be payable by the guest.

During peak season and high demand periods we reserve the right not to take one night bookings, and may enforce a 2, 3 or 4 night minimum stay restriction. Furthermore, weekend bookings and bookings made in high demand periods for 2 nights which are then cancelled to a one night reservation will be charged for two nights, should the apartment not be resold.
We reserve the right to decline a booking.

Cancellation Policy.
We reserve the right to retain any deposit paid if cancellation is made by the guest.

For cancellations within 24 hours of arrival we reserve the right to charge the full fee for the accommodation.

Internet rates and special offer rates

Internet rates and special offer rates displayed on our website are only valid & available when they can be booked online at www.belfordroadapartment.co.uk. We reserve the right to refuse any booking where incorrect pricing has been published.

Check In and Check Out
Unless otherwise agreed, Check-in is from 4:00pm on the day of arrival and check out is any time prior to 10.00am on the day of departure.

Smoking Policy
We operate a non-smoking policy. All our apartments are non smoking and non smoking signage is clearly displayed in the apartment. We reserve the right to charge a minimum £50.00 deep cleaning fee should you smoke in a non smoking apartment.
Pets
Pets may be brought to the apartment, only with prior agreement. Should you wish to bring your pet please contact us in advance. We reserve the right to charge a minimum £50.00 deep cleaning fee should you bring a pet without our agreement.

Damage Liability
It is expected that the apartments are left in a reasonably clean and tidy order. You are responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents during your stay which has occurred due to negligence or omission. Any damage must be reported to us without delay
Guests are advised that we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to your goods or personal belongings kept at the accommodation.

Car Parking
There is ample onstreet parking, pay and display, at Carlton Terrace and onsite secure car parking is provided free of charge at Belford Road. We accept no liability to damage or loss from vehicles parked in the car park or on street outside our premises

Complaints
In the event of any dispute or should we receive a serious complaint regarding guest behaviour we reserve the right to terminate your stay without notice. Furthermore, we reserve the right to charge guests who cause a disturbance that incurs additional costs to the owner as a result of inappropriate behaviour.
