Value for money. secure car paqrking. 2 bed x 2 bath propery. great size apartment for inner city living standard in Edinburgh. Great location in quiet and quaint area that was walking distance (8-10 minutes)to Princes Street and fantastic restaurants in George Street

The apartment was very comfortable, well-equipped and in a fantastic location. Every facility or amenity was provided, there was no external noise and the inclusion of a car parking space made it excellent value. Despite travelling with two large teenagers, the accommodation felt really spacious and the WiFi and numerous TV channels kept them entertained.
The location in Dean Village was superb - easy walking distance to central Edinburgh and all its many attractions, and almost next to the beautiful Water of Leith. The natural and architectural beauty of Edinburgh and surrounds is astounding and the Dean Path & Holyrood Park blanketted in snow were highlights of our stay.

Very close to the center at a walk distance, and that is specially important in winter. (with coldness and darkness) The flat it is very comfortable, and all the electronic devices, diswasher , washing machine with drier, the heater .. it makes it much easy and comfortable to stay abroad.
I liked the most the botanical garden , even though the hole city is very nice , and worth visiting . I am sure it gains a lot in spring , with all the gardens at its best .

I cant recommend this apartment enough. Heather was lovely and very accomodating. The apartment was gorgeous - modern, clean and it had absolutely everything you could possibly need. The undergroung secure parking was also convenient too. The only slight downside was that the sofa (futon for extra guests) could be more comfy. All in all an excellent choice - if we go to Edinburgh again, we'll definately choose this apartment again.. It was a short walk from Princes St and very well located.

The apartment was lovely and clean, very spacious with everything you need. The cost was great compared to the cost of a hotel where we would have needed two rooms. Heather was really friendly and a good source of information as to where to find places to eat etc.
The apartment was very central to all the tourists attractions such as Edinburgh castle being only a ten minute walk away.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and it was decked out with all the creature comforts we could ask for. It was terrific value for money and the owner was very helpful. The only (very minor) drawbacks were that the broadband wasn't working wirelessly and the door between the kitchen and hall kept closing heavily despite having a door stop in it.
Terrific location.

The accommodation was very clean and comfortable, the welocome pack was a nice touch. Great location for all the attractions, some good local places to eat and drink. Close to the river for a nice walk along the Leith walkway, there are many places worth visiting such as the castle, museum and art galleries, allow plenty of time to take in all that Edinburgh has to offer.

We were a group of 4 adults (2 couples) looking for reasonably priced accommodation close to the city centre and with car parking. We thought this combination might prove difficult but we were very pleased with the apartment. It was able to provide all three requirements. In addition the apartment was warm, comfortable and modern. The hamper provided was a nice touch. Our only regret was that we were only there for 24 hours. Would definitely come back again.
Unfortunately we did not arrange the weather and on one of the 2 days of our stay, Edinburgh castle was closed for high winds. We were told that this only happened on average a couple of times a year. Just our luck! The hop on hop off bus tour was still worth it though. We also received a tip from a local about where to find reasonably priced food - the Grosvenor had a deal going for 2 meals and 2 drinks for GBP 10. This was a good price, the food was good and the meals were a reasonable size. We had an evening meal and a lunch there as a result. Be careful about what you think the waitress has said when you ask what "Pie of the Day" is. My wife was not going to choose that option when she thought she was going to get steak and eel pie. However, once she found out it was indeed steak and ale pie, it turned out to be a good choice!
